Answer: For customers who live out of our service areas we provide a "National Cut and Ship" service direct to your door. After you have selected the product and determined square footage we will then process your order. Usual turn-around time is 10-14 days from order to delivery. For customers living within our service area you can choose to install your self or have it professionally installed. We will be happy to work out the details of either choice you make to your satisfaction.

Question: Will pets damage or ruin my Artificial Grass?

Answer: No, pets are not attracted to the grass as a chew toy. Some dogs do like to dig and if your dog is one, just make sure they have an area in the year with real grass or exposed dirt so they can do that, or call Cesar to help your dog stop. When pets do their "business" on the artificial grass this will not damage or hurt the grass surface either. The Artificial Grass is designed for drainage and durability. Occasional hosing off of the Artificial Grass eliminates any over powering of smells.

Answer: Definitely, this product is an easy "Do-It-Yourself" project that will provide years of beauty and give a sense of accomplishment and the reality of saving money by doing the installation yourself. We can provide you Step-by-Step instructions and provide technical support as well.

Answer: It depends. We recommend an all rubber infill for the most realistic Artificial Grass experience, plus we feel it is the most esthetically pleasing and safest. If you think safety is utmost then a rubber infill is the best, if you feel sand is desired we recommend a combination of sand and crumb rubber infill for comfort and usability.
